First session
Build the largest useful opening portfolio.
- Activate a referral before your first TerraAcre claim.
- Claim clusters near home, work, school or a frequent walking route.
- Spend most early TB on additional producing mines.
- Identify every Coal mine and begin its level 1–11 route.
Avoid isolated squares you may never revisit. TerraMine's current terms allow passive earnings to pause after six months of property inactivity and describe possible forfeiture after twelve months.
Daily loop
Prioritize the actions with repeatable value.
| Order | Action | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Stack your earnings boost | Up to 20× passive earnings; eight hours can be stored |
| 2 | Walk a check-in route | Boosted check-ins currently provide a separate TB source |
| 3 | Run Coal Miner Maze | Current community favorite for repeatable TB |
| 4 | Check inactive properties | Protect rent and long-term ownership |
Expansion vs upgrades
Buy more mines before optimizing one mine.
Each mine upgrade adds 1% to that property, while another mine adds an entirely new base rent stream. Early upgrade costs rise, but the percentage improvement remains the same.
When upgrades finally make sense, prioritize low-level mines with the largest base rent: Diamond, then Gold, Coal and Rock. A low-cost early level usually produces a better return on materials than pushing one mine deep into expensive levels.
Risk control
Keep the game free while cash-out remains pending.
TerraMine displays USD earnings, but its current payout system is not live. Do not spend based on a calculator projection or expected payback date.
Expand with free TB, keep your mines active, and reassess when real withdrawals and final rules can be verified.
